How To Fix Buying Robux
Hello! Today I was trying to buy some robux (x$) and it didn't work! I did that and whenever it finished loading... It said "Your Payment Has Been Cancelled. I did it more and information technology still said "Your Payment has been canceled." It didn't take my money abroad or anything. I made certain the cards were right and yes, they were right. Whatsoever Answers?
Only tryed it an hour after still nothin i have restarted my computer. I have refreshed/ exit out and open up it and it still hasnt worked.

I'm glad to help, Jack. I wish I could practise more than so you could be using your bux this weekend.
Effort over again in the morn and let me know. If it's not working by the end of the 24-hour interval tomorrow then contact Support when they reopen call back and chat on Tues.

Robux transactions go through xsolla, contact Xsolla using their online form.
Prepaid cards can not be verified (normaly purchase taking less than £2 and getting you to ostend corporeality earlier they refund it )
I had to send xsolla a moving picture of my face with bill of fare (blacking out some of the long card number !) to go my sons new gohenry card verified.
Their customer service is good and they go back to you fairly apace, although all via e-mail, no telephone number seems bachelor.

u guys dont even give real support u merely requite other articales on things that dont even assistance me when my bill of fare wont work cause of mistake

If purchased on the roblox site or from things non associated with microsoft, than microsoft is non liable for any purchases. lamentable! try contacting roblox.com/support

Today I tried to purchase robuck just information technology did non work the money went through but the robucks didn't please anyone tin can they aid me my son is very disappointed 😔
